By accessing or using the services provided by Cetuc Labs ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Service Description

Cetuc Labs provides blockchain infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

  • Blockchain connectivity and data services (Cetuc Core)
  • Cross-chain bridge services (Cetuc Bridge)
  • Decentralized identity infrastructure (Cetuc ID)
  • Developer tools, APIs, and documentation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Use our services to transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our services
  • Use our services to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others
  • Use our services in a manner that could damage our reputation or that of our partners

Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information as necessary
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code, are owned by Cetuc Labs or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, except as expressly permitted by law or with our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through our services.

Cetuc Labs provides software infrastructure services. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees regarding the performance of blockchain networks or digital assets.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CETUC LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cetuc Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any content you submit through our services

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cetuc Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cetuc Labs regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
